                           NOTICE:  Before scheduling an appointment, be prepared to pay.  Appointments are Not saved or confirmed until payment is received. 

Pricing  -

• Adaptive Driving Services - pricing varies by service area, appointment type and time allocated

                   Evaluation - $550 -  $950  /   Training &  Final Checkout rate $150 - $200 per hour.  

       Service areas  Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Polk, Sarasota Counties  and city of Clermont, Ocala,  Sun City Center, The Villages       

     One-on-one appointments are reserved with our Driving Rehab Specialists in 2-hour to 4-hour increments plus drive time to get to clients' home - work.       

•  Novice drivers -Local Area Only - $180  {2-hour session }   5 Session pkg = 10 hours- $900   /   6 Session pkg = 12 hours-$1080

• Novice Drivers with medical conditions - diagnosed or undiagnosed: [high functioning ASD, ADHD, Severe Anxiety, PTSD, Epilepsy, Vision Impairments, Developmental Delay - a driving evaluation of $350 [3 hours] is necessary to determine one's readiness to drive before getting behind the wheel for training.  This includes cognitive testing, visual screening,  processing, and spatial awareness.  This is for the safety of your young adult, our instructor, and others on the road. 

Cancelation Policy  -  We respect our client's time and value our instructor's time. 

Adapt 2 Drive one-on-one appointment times are scheduled specifically for YOU.  We request 48-hour notice for cancelations and rescheduling.  This allows other clients who may be waiting for an appointment or scheduled several weeks out an opportunity to come in earlier. 

Unless Threatening Weather Conditions are issued in your designated area.  Rainy day cancellations are not accepted.  We live in Florida and all drivers must learn to drive safely in the rain. What better way to learn than with our calm driving specialists with a dual gas and brake pedal for assistance if needed? 

These are Our Cancelation Fees for Cancellations less than 48 hours.  

•  $60 - Novice behind-the-wheel training
• $150 - Low  Tech Adaptive Driving Eval or Practice   
• $250 - High Tech Adaptive Driving Eval or Practice   

Refund Policy -

Our Refund Policy - Contact the office at 813.736.4770 to discuss refund options

• Refunds are given for unused PrePaid Practice Sessions that were canceled before our 48-hour cancelation policy and rescheduling is not possible. If less than 48 hours, the cancelation fee will be deducted before the refund is issued.
• No Refunds given for Novice Drivers appointments
• No Refunds are given for Driving Evaluations if the client is deemed unfit to drive by our Driving Rehab Specialist  .
